Yes! Early voting begins Monday, April 20, 2026, and runs through Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Any registered voter in Montgomery County can vote early at any open early voting location. You’re not limited to your Election Day precinct.
Polls are open 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on Saturday, May 2, 2026.
As long as you’re in line by 7 PM, you have the right to vote.
If you don’t have one of these, you can still vote by signing a Reasonable Impediment Declaration and presenting a supporting document like utility bill, paycheck, bank statement, etc.
